شكوى للنائب العام ضد جنح ونيابة برج العرب بسبب عادل امام

تقدم المحامى عسران منصور بشكوى للنائب العام اعترض فيها على طريقة معاملة القضاء والنيابة أمس الاثنين، مع الفنان عادل إمام، داخل محكمة جنح برج العرب بالإسكندرية، والتى وصفها بأنها غير عادلة أو منصفة.

كانت المحكمة قد حددت جلسة أمس 22 أكتوبر للنظر فى قضية مخالفة الفنان عادل أمام للقوانين، وتوصيل المياه بطريقة غير قانونية لفيلته بمارينا، والتى حملت رقم 489 لسنة 2012 جنح مارينا، الأمر الذى قامت بسببه شركة المياه برفع دعوى قضائية ضده استلزمت حضوره، بعد أن قام بالتصالح مع الشركة، وعليه أن يقدم إيصال الدفع فى المحكمة، وإلا سيقرر القاضى حبسه وجوباً، لحين جلسة الاستئناف بعد شهرين.

وقال عسران، إن عادل إمام حضر إلى مقر المحكمة، وانتظر فى مكتب رئيس نيابة برج العرب حتى انتهت المحكمة من جميع القضايا المنظورة أمامها، ثم قامت بدعوته والتصالح معه فى دقائق معدودة، على الرغم مما وصفه عسران بتعسف القاضى دائماً فى هذه القضايا.
